Basic Elevated

I have a few basic t-shirts in my closet that I would literally wear anytime, any season, with any style and that's what I love about them-- it's so versatile.  You can wear them to any occasion, dress them up with a silk midi skirt or dress them down with a pair of shorts, overalls or jeans.

Fall Shoes Favourites

Shoes are one of the many things I love to collect.  I don't really have a particular favourite style since I tend to love variety of styles.  As I aged though, comfort has become an essential part of choosing a pair.... except on rare occasions when the style overrides comfort (this only happens when I choose a pair of heels. LOL

Anyhow, I have collected 3 staple favourites of mine for fall.

Booties:  Great pair for summer or fall season.... Sans socks for these which is awesome in hot summer days.  A pair of skinnies, or a dress completes the look for day out or night.

Lace-up Boots:  These boots are very comfortable and trendy for this season.  Watch out shoe lovers! 

Leopard Flats:  I love the print on these shoes, again, great to pair it with skinnies, dresses or skirts.  You can pair it with neutrals or monochrome theme and the print pops out!

Trendy Spring Booties/ Boots

 

I recently purchased these Flight Cru Bootie in Whiskey by Chelsea Crew and I have to say these were great finds!  These beauties are not only on trend for spring but they are also very comfortable.  A pair of dark denim skinny's or shorts with a chambray top from Lovers + Friends Into it Top or 7 For All Mankind Slim Western Denim Shirt both by RevolveClothing would suffice the look.  If you like to go for an ultra-feminine look, try the pair with a cute all white lace dress from Rebecca Taylor
