Mad About Plaid

Plaid has yet again made it to centre stage this Fall/Winter season.  This timeless trend is a great staple if you don't already have one in your closet.  For this outfit, I styled my plaid button-down shirt from J Crew with a comfortable t-shirt from Zara and a black pencil skirt from Aritzia.

The best way to style plaid is using neutral colours.  I opted for all black top and skirt; monochrome is the safest way to style plaid.  I added a beanie from Zara, a caramel coloured shoulder bag from Rebecca Minkoff and a pair of black shoes from Zara.
