"Vintage" Summer Skirt

I still have a lot of pieces from my closet that I kept since I was in my early 20's.  And no I'm not as young as I look! lol.  Nonetheless, I'm glad that I still fit all of my clothes that I now consider "vintage." ha!! This skirt I own I've had for almost 10 years now.  Fits to a tea and I love the length!

One Sweater, Two Ways

I love the versatility this Gentlefawn sweater offers.  I presented for you two ways to wear this sweater...  

Outfit One:

I chose to wear the sweater with a dress and over the knee boots to achieve that cool casual vibe look.  Good look for the cool summer weather in Vancouver.  I'd wear this outfit to a brunch or when I hang out with my gf's in the day time.

The Kitty Cat Stares

Graphic tee trend has taken the fashion world by storm.  I've been looking for the perfect graphic tee until I stumbled upon this adorable top.  This bold and eye-catching kitty cat graphic tee from H & M adds character to the entire outfit.  Pairing it with yet another bold neon pink skort from Zara for a touch of ultra feminine; an edgy pair of heels, and Chloe 'Lily' shoulder bag for a more playful summer look.

Summer has been great to Vancouverites.  I'm loving every perspiration, beach fun, adventure hikes, water parks...etc.  There's  definitely endless things to do in the summer.  I hope everyone is enjoying it as much as I am.  Happy August!  Enjoy while it lasts!

Fun in the Gondola

Dress down this lace skirt from Abercrombie & Fitch by styling it with this chambray top from Zara (click here to view ombre chambray post) and sleeveless top from Wilfred for a relaxing day at the park or shopping in downtown.  Pairing it with  flats or in this case heels for a more dressy look.  I added some bangles for a more playful look.

Bohemian Princess

Romantic, flowy and feminine these words best describe the Bohemian look.  Personally, I'm into flowy, sheer and drape fabrics.  It's airy and light-weight characteristics are perfect for this season.  For this look, I wanted to showcase my flowy midi skirt with a sexy slit detail on the side.  This Zara skirt has pretty pleats in dark grey hue, it's unique slit adds a character to the skirt.  I chose this slouchy top with a bare-back heart shaped detail from Brandy Melville.

I love the bare back heart shaped detail! So sexy.
